Cleansing Reaction and Pine Needle

Cleansing Reaction and Pine Needle

A "cleansing reaction" may occur with Pine Needle. For some people this cleansing is the body's initial process because accumulated toxins/wastes are being eliminated from the body.

This is a positive sign.

When cleansing foods such as Pine Needle are taken, the body's vitality increases. Pine Needle contains beneficial photo-synthesized compounds such as Rutin, Terpenoids and Phenolics. These compounds support the body in releasing old toxins.

Any temporary cleansing reaction which usually last a few days is the result of ingesting life enhancing food.

The elimination of old toxins/wastes is commonly mistaken as "this health food made me sick." Symptoms of a cleansing reaction may include temporary all-over muscle aching, mucous or other discharge, a rash, fatigue, headaches, sleepiness, sleeplessness and/or flu-like symptoms.

Consuming plenty of purified water or sweating through exercise/bath/sauna may be beneficial during the cleansing process.

If you wish to ease or stop these cleansing reactions, simply stop ingesting the pine needle for a few days. Allow the symptoms to pass and then start again. You will possibly abate some of the cleansing symptoms by starting with very small dosages such as one capsule per a day. Thereafter increase the number of Pine Needle gradually.

Some users are taking 720 pine needle oil capsules per month which were distilled from 720 KG pine needles. This involved taking 24 capsules a day, 10,000th of body weight. This was a test study on rapid age reversal. Test study involved checking body functions daily through monitoring blood pressure and pulse, checking body fat ratio scale weekly in the home, quarterly blood/urine tests by licensed medical doctors/alternative medical practitioners.

Pine needle is non toxic. It was been taken by billions of people for thousands of years as a food. Pine Needle has been taken during times of famine and as a food for longevity.
